Get That Prickly Thing Away From Me
As someone trained to give birth to textures using all sorts of fibers, I have learnt a lot about quality.

Especially after witnessing the amount of times my grandma's cashmere sweater looked more new than a 3-day prototype I had been working on.

Following the time I invested in a classic cashmere sweater thinking I would flaunt it into retirement -- only to spend more quality time shaving its pills rather than with my friends.

Let's not forget the prickly distant cousins called acrylic and polyester, whose fibers pollute our waterways with every wash.

For better or for worse, I've become Goldilocks when it comes to yarn.

I knew there had to be better out there, even if my mom has convinced me enough times that, "the itchy alpaca is nature's form of acupuncture." I'm serious.

Eventually, I actually found something that neither had to be the most exceptional wool nor something with a ridiculous 200 kilo minimum.

So far it is a blend of cashmere and regenerated cashmere fibers. A marriage so right that it doesn't pill!!!!!!!!!!! There's a pun there, but you can email us with yours.

The point is that I wore our samples for 6 months straight and I couldn't believe my eyes and sleeves. This is the type of testing and trialing I plan to never give up. For the sake of knowing that what I'm putting out into the world is absolutely fine.
